Our custom care plans are created to meet the needs of each unique individual we serve and can help ensure an easier recovery at home. We often works cooperatively with home health agencies, physical therapists, and other health professionals to provide complementary services so seniors and other adults are provided a full spectrum of care that will help expedite the recovery process. Rosebuds Home Care caregivers make our clients’ transitions from hospital to home as seamless, safe, and positive as possible. Our caregivers post-operative care services include:
Safe Mobility - Rosebuds’ caregivers offering help getting out of bed or moving through the home safely.
Medication Reminders - Rosebuds’ caregivers will pick up prescriptions and other supplies, and give gentle prompts to take medications on time.
Help with Rehab Exercises - Recovery is hard work to do alone, and Rosebuds is there to provide gentle encouragement and support doctor-prescribed physical light rehab exercises.
Companionship - It’s not unusual for clients recovering from surgery to experience depression, anxiety or become frustrated. Rosebuds is there to provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities that the client enjoys like games, or leisure activities.
Personal Care - Surgery and extended hospital stays often result in weakness and limited range of motion that cause difficulty grooming and bathing. Our caregivers can provide basic personal hygiene with dignity, assisting with restroom needs in a respectful manner. Support to help get dressed and ready every day.
Meal Prep - Cooking balanced meals and assisting with eating when needed.
Housekeeping - Managing light cleaning tasks to keep the household organized and inviting (laundry, dishes, and more).
Respite Care - When you or other primary caregivers need relief, our caregivers can step in. We will cover all responsibilities while you take a break and recharge.
Follow-up Appointment & Transportation - Providing transportation to medical visits, errands, or social gatherings.
Patient Monitoring and Communication - will provide follow-up communication with family members and a client’s Primary Care Physician to keep everyone updated on recovery status.

Rosebuds Home Care offers multiple levels of Overnight Care, 24/7 Care, and Live-In Care so families and individuals can freely choose the care type that suits their needs and makes them feel safe and comfortable.
Rosebuds Overnight Care were caregiver stay overnight for security. Our caregivers can assist clients with simple tasks such as using the bathroom and getting a drink of water. We also offer assistance in getting to bed, toileting, personal hygiene, and skin care. Our caregivers stay awake all night to assist when clients need it and the overnight service shifts typically last between 8 to 12 hours with shifts starting between 7 and 10 pm and ending between 6 and 9 am.
Rosebuds Live-In Care services are suitable for clients who are looking to maintain their independence and live in their home with the security of support. Rosebuds live-in caregivers can assist with personal tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and other household tasks. live-in caregivers typically work during the day time with ten hours of intermittent work, eight hours of uninterrupted sleep and at least three hours of on site free time. Clients must provide our live-in caregivers with full room and board with a private place to sleep each night.
Rosebuds 24/7 Care services are suitable for clients who need around the clock care. We offer care 24 hours a day, seven days per week so clients are never alone. We will assign a team of caregivers to work with your loved ones and will also provide a substitute caregiver in case of illness or emergency.
